Crewneck Sweater “YES TO ALL”
This navy crewneck sweater is truly special. Crafted on old loop wheeler machines in the south of Germany, using 100% high-quality, fair trade cotton. With a timeless, comfortable cut, and heavy cloth, inspired by the 60's and 70's, it’s built to last. Its heavy material and high-end production revives traditional values combined with a modern touch.
The sweater is limited to 50 pieces, and comes with an embroidered YES TO ALL stick. It relates to issue 14 of Der Greif, our collaboration with Swiss artist Sylvie Fleury. The graphics have been conceived by Munich based graphic designer Paul Putzar and quote works of Sylvie, as well 90ies computer interface design.
Where it comes from
The apparel is designed by Lenz von Johnston. Lenz, ex top model, left the fashion industry a couple of years ago, being fed up with the completely unsustainable life-cycle of traditional fashion. Whilst being on the road a lot, he was always on the lookout for cozy, yet comfy basics. He continued his quest to find an infrastructure that brings together quality, craft and sustainability. He found it on Schwäbische Alb, in a traditional production facility that still uses loopwheeler machines, processing 100% pure cotton without any plastic. His items are built to last, and come with a playful aesthetic of embroidered or screen-printed graphics.
